Description : On a quarter of the pitch, share the playing field into 3 different areas. Neutral zone (in the centre) is smaller than the 2 playing areas. The team who misses the ball moves to the centre. Duels oppose 6 players against 3 (direct opposition) + 3 players in neutral zone. The game is executed in 2 touches of the ball and along the ground. Objectives : 1- When the player is in possession of the ball (offensive situation), he must keep it. Good positioning on the playing area (width). ‘See and be seen’ and play in the space. 2- When the player is not in possession of the ball (defensive situation), he must stop the progress of the ball.
