Description : Limit the 3 zones in accordance with the herewith diagram. In this exercise, the game is free in the offensive and defensive zones. The game is played with 1 or 2 touches of the ball in the middle zone. The exercise is played like this: the goalkeeper returns the ball in the median zone. The Midfielders must play with 1 (or 2 touches of the ball). They look for their Attackers. In the offensive zones (or defensive), the game is free: it is always a 3 against 2 duel. In these zones, the priority for the Attackers is of course to score! The players must try to succeed. For the Defenders: to harass, to be aggressive and return correctly the ball towards the Players in the middle of the field. No corner kick in the offensive zones.
